Kika Zachariadou

Actress, theatre educator

Kika Zachariadou was born in Thessaloniki and is a graduate of the Superior Drama School ‘Andreas Voutsinas’, while her degree has been certified by the Hellenic Ministry of Culture and Sports.
As a regular collaborator (2015–2019) of the theatrical group ‘Mikros Vorras’ that specialises in educational drama, she has worked as an animator of children’s and adolescent groups in collaboration with secondary education schools, as well as an instructor in training seminars on Theatre in Education, which are addressed to teachers.

In addition, she has organised mask animation workshops for amateur groups of teenagers and adults.

As an actress, she has collaborated with T. Ratzos, D. Larentzakis and A. Koch in theatrical performances, with C. Nikoleri, V. Karapetyan and K. Stathis on cinema productions, as well as with G. Skandalaris on TV productions (ERT3 – Hellenic Broadcasting Corporation).

She has attended the International Workshop ‘The Method of Theodoros Terzopoulos’ at the ‘Attis’ Theatre, as well as seminars on acting, physical theatre, kinesiology, butoh, mask-making and animation, vocals, etc.
